Casting for Male Actor
Project Title: Elf (Working Title)
Production Type: Premium Fantasy Series (Active Production / Performance Capture Pipeline)
Role: AEGIS (Male, Playable Mid-20s to Mid-30s)
Aesthetic/Accent: Natural Irish accent is mandatory. Blonde or fair-haired preferred.
Character Arc: A young elven lord and the female protagonist's beloved. He begins as a passionate, deeply principled young man, but reveals a highly calculated, strategic undercurrent as the series progresses. He is the most dangerous kind of schemer—one who has completely convinced himself that he is the hero of his own story. We are seeking an actor who can effortlessly hold absolute sincerity and calculated self-interest in the same breath.
Note on Intimacy: This role involves a central love affair with the female lead, which includes simulated on-camera kissing.
Production Schedule & Location
Dates: By July 1. Note: Dates may shift slightly depending on final talent scheduling.
Location: Dublin / Bray / Wicklow area TBD (based on final cast availability).
Engagement Terms & Digital Guardrails
This session will serve as an intensive voice and acting reference shoot, capturing foundational physical performances, vocal tracks, and expressions to drive our digital character workflows.
Session Fee: €260 per 6-hour reference block (inclusive of initial camera setup, rehearsal, and regular breaks). While this foundational phase is operating on a tight budget, upgraded compensation is open to discussion for the right fit. Ongoing work would be scheduled remotely for remaining series most likely.
On-Screen Credit: Screen-pilot credit provided for voice/performance reels if utilized. Film credits available if desired.
The Facial Likeness Option: While vocal and acting data drive the digital character asset, the production retains a separate option regarding physical likeness. If the production chooses to utilize the performer's exact visual facial likeness or any influence for the final on-screen character model, the contract would be proposed to upgrade to a "On-Screen Principal Character" and a secondary, negotiated likeness-usage fee.
Ethical AI Protections: In strict compliance with 2026 digital asset guidelines, talent will sign an ethically narrow, project-specific AI Performance & Dataset Release Waiver alongside a standard NDA. This waiver explicitly bars general AI model training or third-party synthetic voice cloning.
On-Set Environment: Low line volume, focused on executing a realistic number of high-caliber, well-paced scenes. Professional camera crew filming on high-end cinematic equipment. High-protein craft services provided.
